Account Executive

This is a remote position.

Location: France (remote-friendly with access to Paris office)

Languages: Fluent French and strong English

OTE: €92k to €145k (50 percent base, 50 percent variable), depending on experience and level

Focus: Strategic B2B SaaS sales into finance teams

Coders Connect is partnering with a leading European SaaS company supporting CFOs and finance teams in streamlining consolidation, planning, and financial reporting. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are now hiring in France — open to both professional-level and senior-level Account Executives.

Whether you're a high-performing AE looking to step up or a seasoned senior seller seeking a fresh challenge, this is an opportunity to shape a key market with a well-supported, high-impact role.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the full sales cycle in France, from prospecting to close
  • Engage mid-market and enterprise prospects through inbound and outbound efforts
  • Advise CFOs and senior finance leaders on the value of the platform and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with solution engineers and internal stakeholders to deliver compelling pitches
  • Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Represent the business at key industry events, both online and offline
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS, software, or IT solution sales
  • Open to both professional and senior-level experience
  • Fluent French and strong English, with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to sell to C-level stakeholders and manage consultative, value-driven sales
  • Background in finance or experience selling to finance teams is a strong plus
  • Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable in a remote, fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and the French market is an advantage

Nice to have:

  • Degree in business, finance, economics, or related fields
  • Experience with FP&A, CPM, ERP, or accounting tools
  • Exposure to MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar structured sales methodologies
