Salesforce Marketing Consultant

This is a remote position. We're supporting a global enterprise programme seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Consultant to join a long-term Salesforce delivery initiative focused on customer engagement, marketing automation, and CRM alignment. This is a hands-on contract role suited to someone strong in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with solid exposure to Sales Cloud and integrations.

What you'll be doing:

• Design, build, and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
• Configure and manage Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
• Build responsive email templates using Content Builder and AMPscript
• Manage audience segmentation, data extensions, and subscriber models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Work closely with Sales Cloud teams to ensure CRM and marketing alignment
• Support campaign analytics, optimisation, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data governance standards

Requirements:

• Essential skills: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio), Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, strong understanding of marketing automation and customer lifecycle management, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Nice to have: Salesforce integrations experience, HTML / CSS and AMPscript, exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g. Copado), experience with backup tools (e.g. OwnBackup), Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
