Fullstack Engineer - Remote Eligible

Full Stack Engineer

This is a remote position.

Coders Connect are partnering with a fast-growing startup in the property and fintech space that's on a mission to make buying and financing homes abroad simpler and more accessible. Their platform helps users discover international properties and secure financing, all in one place. As they scale, they're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to work closely with their Lead Engineer to drive platform growth, reduce technical debt, and deliver smart, AI-powered features.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend)
• Build, optimize, and maintain AWS Lambda pipelines end-to-end (API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.)
• Leverage AI tools to speed up development (e.g. test automation, code generation) and embed AI-driven automation into real product workflows
• Identify and fix bottlenecks, proactively improve systems, and own small projects from start to finish
• Collaborate in a lean, product-driven team environment with a focus on impact and iteration

Requirements:

• Strong experience building full AWS Lambda-based applications
• Solid hands-on skills with Node.js and React
• Proven use of AI tools beyond GitHub Copilot — and ideally, experience shipping features powered by AI logic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Fluent in English, and available to work within ±2 hours of CEST
