We're rethinking how energy works in multi-family buildings — and we need a founding sales hire to help us scale. With new legislation making it easier than ever to install solar, batteries, EV charging, and more in apartment blocks, we're creating the platform that makes it all work.

Requirements

What You'll Do

You'll work side-by-side with the founders and be a core driver of growth:

Own and convert inbound leads from discovery call to contract signing
Test and refine outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email) targeting key multipliers like energy consultants and property developers
Continuously improve our sales process (from CRM to pitch materials)
Bring customer insights back into the team to shape the product and experience
Help lay the foundations for our future sales team and GTM strategy

What We're Looking For

Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or similar roles
Ideally worked in climate tech, real estate, energy, or SaaS
Fluent in German (C2) and comfortable with complex product discussions
Resilient, curious, and proactive – you thrive on ownership and learning fast
Excited to work in-person with a tight-knit team in Berlin (or open to relocating)
