Job Purpose

Turn HR dashboards and data into actionable insights and clear stories for leadership.

You'll work closely with the HR reporting team to produce monthly analysis and presentations for CHRO, COE, SSC, and Global HRBPs, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret existing HR dashboards.
  • Produce monthly executive summaries and presentations that explain the data in a business context.
  • Identify weak signals and strong signals.
  • Provide commentary and visual storytelling for HR performance reviews and leadership updates.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and COE leaders to validate insights and align recommendations.
  • Maintain a consistent format and narrative across all HR population reports.

Education & Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in HR analytics, HRBP support, or business intelligence for HR.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills — ability to "translate" data into clear HR/business insights.
  • Excellent mastery of PowerPoint and data visualization tools (reading and interpreting dashboards, not building them).

Background, Skills and Competencies

  • Good understanding of HR concepts: turnover, diversity, compensation, performance, workforce planning
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Efficient in communication
