Point of Sale Clerk
The POS Clerk is responsible for coordinating, ordering, tracking, and assuring delivery of POS, Racks, Merchandisers, and coupons to sales centers.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Management Staff to maintain and improve the facility's Integrated Management System.
- Organizing documentation within the document database.
- Assisting the Management Staff to follow up on open action items and communicate compliance.
- Scheduling and assisting in internal audit activities.
- Compiling reports relating to internal audits, gap assessments, and employee training.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations with data from various departments.
- Assisting with facility luncheons and other events.
- Supporting company goals and objectives by engaging with Front-Line Associates.
- Maintaining an "audit-ready" culture by ensuring all documentation is complete and filed on time.
- Assuring accuracy and on-time payments of invoices.
- Maintaining on-hand inventory levels of standard graphic POS and coordinating transfer to sales centers.
- Assisting the POS Specialist as required.
- Receiving and processing POS and rack orders.
- Tracking and coordinating distribution of POS to minimize freight costs.
- Monitoring on-hand inventory levels and ensuring minimum levels of generic POS is maintained.
- Maintaining POS Workstation.
- Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to collaborate well with various levels of the organization.
- Excellent typing, Microsoft Office software use, and organization skills.
- Creativity within a high-pace environment.
- Detailed oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and change direction on projects quickly.
- Ability to work for long periods of time standing or sitting.
- Knowledge of ETQ Systems is a plus.
