The Operations Shift Manager is a pivotal role within Coca-Cola Ballina and works with a team of associates to bring our brands to market. The qualified candidate will be an excellent multi-tasker and should have previous experience leading a multi-skilled team in a pro-active, hands-on way, having responsibility for all aspects of shift team performance. This position reports to the Manufacturing Area Manager and is expected to play a key role as a member of the Coca-Cola Ballina Wider Management Team.
