Customer Service Manager
This role will build the capacity and capabilities of customer service organizations in the system to deliver a superior level of service to key accounts, especially IC Customers. Maximize customer and Coca-Cola system sales and profit potentials.
What You'll Do for Us:
- Build joint business with key accounts. Lead the development of joint business plans (ACBP) focusing on driving the customer's KPIs and sustainable system profitability.
- Lead the negotiation of trading terms with national key accounts ensuring bottler and system profitability.
- Develop effective internal communication strategies to ensure consistency in customer marketing approach across regions.
- Lead the execution of national key account contracts to ensure quality and consistent results across regions while driving win/win results.
- Lead our customers and relevant departments in category innovation and in achieving our category share in a sustainable manner through in-store execution/promotion/supply chain/RTM. Initiate & conduct key account business planning and reviews.
- Make regular calls and build relationships with key accounts. Consolidate, review and submit key account sales and profile requirements on a monthly basis.
- Knows and effectively leverages all areas of the KO system to improve the joint business performance with customers. Act as intermediary to resolve key account issues and conflicts across regions.
- Organize and execute co-branding, joint channels and other partnerships to drive the growth of products, drive strategic partnerships with our customers, and focus on building a full beverage category and profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3-5 years of multiple key account management experiences in multinational FMCG companies.
- Experience in IC customer incl. E&D customer especially western banners like McD, Yum, etc.
- Experience in IC customer like non-E&D theme park or entertainment.
- Be able to work independently to handle the complex situation & pressure in customer management process.
- Be with good problem-solving skills to deliver the best business results for the system.
- Good negotiation skills to development Win-Win partnership with key account to maximize sales & profitability for the system.
- Have good business planning skills to joint develop business with key accounts.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
