Enterprise Resource Allocation Business Specialist

The Enterprise Resource Allocation Business Specialist Intelligence specialist will help bring the Fuelight 360 platform to life through the development and deployment of advanced analytics capabilities, leveraging emerging technology. This includes contributing to Marketing Mix Model development, resource allocation strategies, and scenario planning while maintaining data integrity and ensuring advanced analytics align with Coca-Cola's strategic priorities. You will support the team in enabling the System to dynamically allocate and optimize resources to achieve the maximum value for Coca-Cola's investments and collaborate across multiple functions, teams, and markets to scale the effectiveness of marketing science globally.

A critical component of this networked organization is Enterprise Services in addition to the Center Domains, Operating Units, and Digital Tech Services. Enterprise Services acts as the enterprise product and services team of our operating system by providing a network of enterprise-wide scaled product solutions and services. This role sits within the Marketing, Commercial & PACS Intelligence (MCPI) Services team, which is a service line embedded in the broader Enterprise Services structure.

Coca-Cola has established a vision to dynamically allocate and optimize System resources to deliver the highest value against strategic and operational priorities. Within this vision, Fuelight 360 has emerged as a critical proprietary capability, providing an end-to-end (E2E) view of marketing and trade performance, while offering optimization opportunities across System consumer marketing and customer/trade investment touchpoints. Launched as an MVP in September 2024, Fuelight 360 enables the System to make informed DMI allocation decisions by delivering real-time granular insights and forward-looking recommendations. The Fuelight platform serves as the System's single source of truth for financial outcomes, customer impact, and consumer recruitment, empowering OUs, the Center, and Bottlers to achieve alignment in strategic and operational decision-making processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design the development and deployment of Fuelight 360 marketing models that enable marketing performance evaluation across owned, earned, shared, paid media, and non-media touchpoints (e.g., trade and social commerce).
  • Continually advance evolving Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) methodologies to ensure accuracy and relevance, leveraging tools like Bayesian statistical modeling and real-time data streams.
  • Partner with Operating Units (OUs) and cross-functional teams to deploy insights that inform marketing spend optimization and decision-making, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
  • Conduct due-to analysis, elasticity assessments, and ROI optimization to validate findings and ensure actionable recommendations.

Data Analysis, Storytelling & Strategic Recommendations:

  • Translate complex datasets into actionable narratives by supporting senior stakeholders with simplified insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Actively participate in scenario planning, providing quantitative insights into trade-offs and mitigation strategies to enable risk-informed decisions on marketing investments.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of marketing and trade investments against key business objectives, working to continuously refine predictive methodologies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with the Business Science Intelligence Lead, Product Owner, Technical Lead, and Business Integration teams & across the enterprise MCP Intelligence services team to align outputs with Coca-Cola's business goals.
  • Contribute to workshops and trainings with OUs and Bottlers to improve system-wide understanding and adoption of marketing science capabilities.
  • Proactively collaborate with global stakeholders in marketing, finance, commercial, and analytics functions to manage cross-functional alignment on deployed insights.

Governance & Continual Innovation:

  • Help establish consistent standards for model development, governance, and deployment to ensure scalability and transparency across the System.
  • Partner with the Senior Director and cross-functional teams to identify and test emerging data sources or methodologies to evolve analytics capabilities, driving innovation and system adaptability (e.g., integrating Casual Inference techniques or next-gen attribution models).

Capability Building:

  • Support the Senior Director in scaling processes, ensuring OUs and Bottlers have a clear roadmap for operationalizing marketing insights for business decisions.
  • Provide technical inputs to upskill functional teams and bottling partners through coaching or training initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Required: 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, econometrics, marketing science, or a related field (CPG/retail preferred). Proven experience deploying MMM solutions for multi-channel marketing and trade investments. Experience in translating advanced statistical models into business priorities and actionable insights.
  • Preferred: Understanding of marketing attribution, causal inference, and business scenario planning. Hands-on experience with analytics platform deployment or scaling proprietary tools across networks.

Technical and Analytical Expertise:

  • Strong foundation in MMM methodologies, resource allocation frameworks, and ROI optimization techniques. Experience with data analysis tools like R, Python, SQL, or similar statistical tools (some coding proficiency is a plus). Competency in communicating statistical results and model findings through user-friendly dashboards or reports. Knowledge of omnichannel performance measurement, spanning Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid media.

Functional and Leadership Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to communicate complex data into relatable business strategies. Ability to work independently while playing a collaborative, supportive role within a global team structure. Fluency in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across culturally and functionally diverse teams. Continuous learning mindset, staying ahead of analytics innovation trends.

Education:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field required. Master's in a relevant field is preferred.
