As a Senior Manager in DevOps (AWS Cloud), you will lead a team of passionate individuals focused on product development and automation. You will work with emerging technologies to build data solutions on AWS and on-premises platforms. Your role will involve supporting the creation of AWS based frameworks using CNCF patterns, Kubernetes, Isitio, Helm, Flagger, Prometheus, Splunk, APM, Monitoring, Observability and Alerting. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direction to the technology team, creating strategic roadmaps, and developing robust support models for products and services. Collaborating with Agile teams to design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies. Partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Information Management, and the Enterprise Project Management Office to help the business achieve its long-term goals. Ensuring compliance with CoBank's policies, application development standards, and procedures. Assisting in the development and release of key software application modifications and enhancements. The typical base pay range for this role is between $158,700 - $195,200. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
