Your Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are the driving force behind our expansion in the Swiss market. You identify business opportunities, conduct strategic sales conversations, and acquire new customers for CoachHub. You work closely with internal teams and ensure long-term partnerships with leading companies.

Your Tasks

  • You accompany the entire sales process – from the first contact to the contract conclusion.
  • You develop strategic, trusting relationships with HR and business decision-makers in large companies.
  • You analyze customer needs, present tailored solutions, and inspire customers with the benefits of coaching.
  • You work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Marketing and SDRs) to optimize the sales process.
  • You participate in industry events and networking events to position CoachHub as a leading coaching solution.
  • You use modern sales technologies and manage your pipeline efficiently to achieve forecasts and sales targets.

What You Bring

  • At least 6 years of experience in B2B sales, with 2+ years in the enterprise environment.
  • Track record of closing complex deals with enterprise customers.
  • Enthusiasm for digital solutions and the future of learning and development.
  • Strong communication skills and an empathetic, consultative approach in sales.
  • Ability to understand complex challenges and present convincing solutions.
  • Fluent in Swiss German and English.
  • Willingness to travel within DACH & EMEA (up to 20%).
