We're looking for a mission-driven Chief Revenue Office and Executive Director, Manitoba who is passionate about creating more accessible, inclusive, and equitable communities across Canada where people with low vision have unlimited opportunities and can experience life free from barriers and discrimination.

Your Impact at CNIB

  • Lead a high-performing national team of major gift officers, corporate fundraisers, foundation leads, and events professionals to execute CNIB's philanthropic strategy.
  • Develop and implement customized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for major donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Act as a senior representative of CNIB with donors, board members, and sector leaders to inspire investment and partnership.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and department leaders to identify funding needs and proactively match them with philanthropic opportunities.
  • Drive the development and national rollout of planned giving strategies, marketing, and advisor engagement.
  • Lead the planning and execution of donor events nationally, ensuring they align with cultivation and stewardship priorities.
  • Ensure strategic collaboration and role clarity with the VP, Integrated Fundraising to support a unified fundraising strategy.
  • Oversee and accountable for financial performance, budget forecasting, and long-term growth planning.
  • Implement national processes for moves management, prospect clearance, and donor pipeline development.
  • Monitor and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage analytics to guide team success.
