Job Purpose

Manage agents that provide dealers, customers, businesses, and field personnel technical product and service support to improve our product, company image, customer satisfaction, uptime, productivity, and profitability, as well as grow dealer service capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage agents that provide technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and/or services.
2. Responsible for ensuring CNH systems, technical training and career development training of the technical agents is delivered to ensure quality customer support.
3. Ensure remote and/or on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic support services are delivered to ensure that all products and/or services function properly, while escalating technical concerns to product teams and leadership as necessary.
4. Advises customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
5. Supports technical training in the content creation and delivery of training courses.
6. Communicates with dealers, brands, and/or business units any issues or technical information related to impacted programs, products, campaigns…etc.
7. Other related duties as assigned.

Experience Required

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
