The Scandinavian Client Management Team is responsible for Scandinavian client service and relationship management for all Scandinavian based clients. CMC Markets Scandinavian branch is situated in Norway in a very attractive office in central Oslo. We have a large Swedish client base and this Swedish role will predominantly be servicing our Swedish clients so the right candidate must be fluent in Swedish.
Provide high calibre client service to ensure a positive client experience to our customers
Take ownership for owning and driving an excellent client experience for our clients through all touch points in the client life-cycle. This includes: account opening, platform introduction and query management.
Escalate all client issues in a timely manner to appropriate levels to ensure a consistently high level of client service
Proactively respond to and manage inbound client queries professionally and efficiently as well as performing outbound client calls.
Various administrative tasks such as translations of English content to Swedish
Keep abreast of global and economic news in order to provide support to clients
Act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions
Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training
Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline desirable
Passion and enthusiasm for our products and services such as trading platforms and investment products
Understanding of the requirements of regulative authorities to ensure that the department is compliant in terms of its processes and procedures.
Operates with integrity and a highly client centric mind-set
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish as well as strong English language is required
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Intermediate knowledge/experience of financial markets.
Will need to pass Norwegian Securities Dealers Association´s authorization scheme in due course.
