As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at CMC Markets, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and managing partnerships across our global affiliate network. Based in Warsaw, Poland, supporting the delivery of strategies designed to grow our presence and performance in multiple regions.

You will work with teams around the world, helping to optimise affiliate campaigns, strengthen compliance, and accelerate growth across diverse markets.
Support the rollout of CMC's global affiliate marketing strategy, collaborating with regional teams to drive acquisition and deliver growth.
Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with potential affiliates, ensuring the network expands with high-quality, compliant partners.
Analyse and optimise affiliate performance, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and processes are automated where possible.
Maintain and update affiliate marketing materials to ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and conversion-focused.
Assist with the onboarding of new affiliates, conducting due diligence and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor affiliate activity, prepare performance reports, and escalate any cases of non-compliance or unusual behaviour.
Partner with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance) and external affiliates to ensure alignment on campaigns and creative assets.
1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnership management.
Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (e.g. Impact.com, Partnerize).
Basic analytical skills with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and Looker.
Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal English skills; Spanish or German are a plus
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams.
Understanding of the global affiliate and performance marketing landscape.
Knowledge of financial services or fintech, including regulatory considerations.
Exposure to SEO, paid social, or paid search campaigns.
