The Junior HR Administration Specialist plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources Admin Department, with a focus on personnel data management, travel expense processing, payroll coordination, and compliance with internal and regulatory obligations. This role ensures accurate handling of HR administrative processes and maintains effective collaboration with internal departments such as Travel, Payroll, and Accounting. The specialist is also responsible for maintaining up-to-date employee records and supporting activities related to pension funds, severance pay, and institutional transparency requirements.
The Junior HR Admin Specialist will support the HR Administration Team, with:
Diploma or degree in Economics, Law, or related fields; At least 2 years of previous experience in HR administration; Good knowledge of SAP and Zucchetti software (preferably the HR module); Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail; Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); Good command of the English language. Soft Skills: highly organized and detail oriented; Flexible and proactive; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Please note that this opportunity will be issued both internally and externally. The Managers will be based in Lecce CMCC office. Contract and gross annual salary will be based on qualifications and working experience. The appointment period will be initially of 12 months. Welfare package, for minimum 12 months contract. Flexible working time as per internal policies. Support during the immigration process, if needed.
