About the Team:

The FinOps Adoption Team is the central LoB Engagement function regarding FinOps capabilities and Business Operations. It manages the collaboration with our Business- and Controlling Units in an efficient and highly automated way as well as collaborate closely with the Product Management to evolve our product portfolio.

The team is covering multiple FinOps related areas like:

• Showback, billing and invoicing for all public cloud platforms globally
• Driving cost efficiency by developing and measuring of meaningful Unit Economics KPIs and offering Benchmarking methodologies / reports
• Supporting and driving the Business Units in terms of Rate and Workload Optimization
• Managing the FinOps Community across SAP
• Driving key strategic topics cross FinOps Areas like e.g. Tagging, Central Reservation Purchasing, etc

Preferred Experience:

• Technical Skills:
• Coding: Python, SQL, Jenkins; Excel/VBA for automation.
• Cloud billing/finance expertise
• 5+ years Hands on experience on public cloud platforms (AliCloud, Azure, AWS)
• Strong experience with FinOps practices
• Language Skills:
• Fluent in Chinese
• Fluent in English
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to bridge finance, tech, and business teams.
• Agile problem-solving for rapid debugging and issue resolution.
• Data-Driven Mindset:
• Proficiency in data analysis to derive actionable insights
