As Readiness Support Associate, you hold an essential key to the success of our BASE (Business Application, Support, and Engagement) organization. In creating, deploying, and monitoring our learning journeys, you will help our newbies build confidence and knowhow from zero to hero in an efficient manner. From there, multiple BASE-internal roles and opportunities open demand for next level learning. Whether practical knowhow or advanced skills, you may leverage different approaches to design learning offerings that will continuously empower our team. You therefore contribute to the happiness, engagement, scalability and growth of our team.
In your role, you will work closely with the BASE leadership team, but also with relevant experts from across SAP for knowledge sharing, best practices, and more.
