As an intern supporting the team you will work collaboratively with Sales Executive team, which serve the Strategic Customers in the Consumer Industry (CPG + Retail), supporting the team with sales cycle processes across SAP locally and globally. This will also entail demand generation activities and an open environment that incentivizes the new ideas, insights and innovation.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in know-how to a multinational/market leader company help their customers to run simple and better. You will be in touch with all Company structure involved in an B2B sales process. Besides that, you will develop a deep business understanding regarding the CPG and Retail industries.

The candidate has the opportunity to learn technical skills while at the same time experiencing a fast-pace, high-demanding sales organization. The combination of technical and business know-how can be a benefit in many future career paths – within or outside SAP. He/She will also grow its customer engagement, virtual team collaboration, and communication skills.

This role can also be a good fit for candidates who work well on transactional tasks, enjoy multi-tasking, customer/end-user engagement and feel comfortable to communicate with multiple areas across the Company.

What you'll do:

  • Support a seasoned sales executive team during the sales cycle as a facilitator, working collaboratively with the internal stakeholders and related process.
  • Engage across multiple teams to support on critical sales process steps, such as: Customer data, sales processes, marketing initiatives and upcoming industry events, and new customers initiatives.
  • Tracking systems information, supporting on forecasting pipeline accuracy, CRM hygiene and sales execution. Follow up and analysis of pipeline management, deal review, and deal qualification.
  • Provide relevant and meaningful data and insights regarding a defined set of key accounts from internal sources/systems and public market data.

Who you are:

  • We are looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning with an opportunity to develop a corporate holistic view being in touch with all people involved in a sales cycle process.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written & spoken);
  • Advanced MS Excel, Power Point skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, so strong communication skill is a must.
  • Comfortable in working on a dynamic and complex high-performing sales environment. Be organized is essential to perform.
  • Analytical skills: asks the right questions to identify the best solution path.
  • Multi-tasking/prioritization skills.
  • Team player attitude/empathy: polite, helpful, who enjoys collaborating and have fun.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to fast-paced work environments and seek on continuous self-learning. Keen to learn and a positive attitude, even in the face of a challenge.
