Your Role

We are looking for a motivated and well‑organized Export Ocean Operator to join our Project Logistics team in Pantigliate.

We are specifically seeking someone who comes from a Project Logistics department (or has solid experience in project cargo / project logistics operations), and is familiar with the specific dynamics, complexity and requirements of this area.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating international ocean shipments, ensuring that cargo is transported efficiently, on time and in full compliance with company quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, great attention to detail and excellent communication abilities, essential to interact effectively with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Collect and verify order and shipment information, plan transport (routing) and optimize operational execution for international ocean exports, with a focus on project logistics shipments.
• Prepare and manage all required documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring full compliance with international regulations and internal procedures.
• Track and supervise shipments, update data in the Transport Management System (TMS) and manage communication with internal and external suppliers and partners.
• Validate documentation, handle internal and external invoicing activities and send invoices to customers.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular feedback to the manager to ensure adherence to quality and operational standards.
• Work closely with the Project Logistics team to solve operational issues, manage exceptions and support the successful execution of complex shipments and project cargo.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience working within a Project Logistics / Project Cargo department (must-have), ideally on complex or oversize shipments.
• 2–3 years of experience as an Export Ocean Operator within companies in the logistics, freight forwarding or transport sector.
• Solid understanding of international shipping processes and related documentation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, effective communication and a structured, solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
