The Operations & Crisis Support Specialist will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and the successful execution of strategic projects and events across SAP Labs Israel. This position supports executive management, local staff, and employees by driving operational excellence, managing event operations, and providing critical crisis operations support during times of change or disruption.

This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who can manage complex logistics, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure readiness and alignment across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage employee engagement activities, leadership visits, and Lab-wide events.
  • Oversee all operational aspects including logistics, vendor management, scheduling, and on-site execution.
  • Maintain an operations calendar aligned with management priorities, ensuring consistency across functions.

Lead operational planning and execution for internal and external events, ensuring seamless delivery across all stages (planning, execution, and follow-up).

  • Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and optimize event and project processes for efficiency, quality, and impact.

Lead operational response during crises, ensuring processes, logistics, and resources are in place to support leadership and employees.

  • Serve as the link between management, HR, IT, and Facilities to coordinate emergency responses, remote work readiness, or other operational disruptions.

Act as the operational hub between executive management, HR, Facilities, IT, and other functions.

  • Ensure organizational alignment by translating leadership priorities into operational execution.
  • Partner with local and global teams to ensure smooth execution of operational and project activities.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Currently enrolled in a university program
  • Mother tongue level in English and Hebrew (both oral and written)
  • Expert with Excel and proficient in Power Point
  • Strong organizational, project management, and event operations skills
  • Experience contributing to or managing crisis operations – mandatory
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly during crises
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working in a global high-tech or R&D environment
  • Familiarity with crisis management frameworks and employee support systems
  • Experience supporting executive offices or leadership teams
  • Background in workplace experience or employee operations roles
