Finalité du poste

You ensure the setup, maintenance, and support of the IT park (on-site or remotely). As a confirmed technician, you also participate in cross-functional projects: migrations, technological evolutions, deployment of new solutions.

Support & Dépannage

• Assure first-level user assistance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software (N1/N2) via remote handling, phone, or on-site intervention.
• Manage material orders and replace defective parts.

Gestion des incidents

• Escalate level 3 incidents (local or central IT).
• Ensure clear and fluid communication with affected users.

Installation & Administration

• Install and configure new equipment: fixed/portable PCs, smartphones, printers, RF terminals.
• Administer the IT park: inventory, identification, management of rejects and destructions.

Reporting & Coordination

• Perform regular reporting to the hierarchical manager.
• Identify recurring incidents and future needs to anticipate preventive maintenance.
• Act as the local IT relay and report on local projects impacting IT.

Activités spécifiques – Intervention on site

• Deployment of services: relocations, reconfigurations, installations.
• Accompanying service providers working on Bolloré Logistics France sites.
