Customer service for global account and local sales cargo

Arranging import clearance & inland trucking for FHD shipment

Issuing D/N and C/N Customer service

Sending booking to over sea office & customer

Arranging shipments by 1st available vessel schedule

Sending vessel schedule & updating cargo status to customer regularly

Solving irregularities or issues

Prepare Import Documentary

Sending shipping documents & arrival notice to consignee

Chasing OB/L, HB/L and document concerned from overseas agent.

Forwarding correct documents & D/N to OP staff creating job file

Sending a POD form, if cargo delivery request
