We are launching our search for a Digital Marketing Lead, a technically skilled professional with the vision and drive to build, optimize, and scale our digital performance. This role is best suited for a builder, someone who thrives on creating scalable systems, uncovering insights through data, leveraging AI-driven tools, and driving measurable results.

You will begin by auditing and refining our digital infrastructure including campaigns, analytics, and web performance, and then lead the charge in creating optimized, scalable strategies. Over time, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and building the digital marketing strategy that will fuel our continued growth as we strive to become the best in the industry.

In addition to the duties typically expected of a seasoned digital marketing professional, responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead the audit, clean-up, and optimization of existing digital campaigns, analytics, and reporting frameworks.
  • Develop and deliver the digital lead generation strategy, ensuring we maximize qualified inquiries for our rental properties across all channels.
  • Develop and execute a channel mix strategy (paid, organic, listing platforms, social, programmatic, etc.) to drive consistent high-quality leads.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and other paid media for ROI and conversion growth.
  • Oversee Google Analytics setup and dashboards, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations for business impact.
  • Drive SEO initiatives to strengthen organic visibility and outperform competitors in rankings.
  • Ensure the website is optimized for speed, UX, conversion funnels, and lead capture, working with internal and external partners.
  • Deliver competitive intelligence by monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitor campaigns, and providing insights that guide both marketing and leasing strategy.
  • Partner with the leadership team to present data-driven insights on market conditions, consumer behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Integrate AI-powered analytics, automation, and personalization tools to enhance efficiency, targeting, and reporting.
  • Provide insightful reporting that clearly links marketing performance to leasing outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Lay the foundation for a future digital marketing growth, setting standards, building processes, and mentoring talent as the function expands.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing with proven success in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Strong background in SEO with measurable performance results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation strategies, ideally within rentals, real estate, or a high-competition industry.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and conversion optimization for lead capture.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and advise leadership on market dynamics.
  • Experience delivering competitive intelligence and market trend analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., predictive analytics, automated bidding, personalization engines, or generative content tools).
  • Proven success in leading audits, clean-ups, and campaign optimization at scale.
  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications (preferred).
  • A proactive, high-energy mindset with the ability to drive both strategy and execution.
