- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in a related field.
- Candidates with a combination of education and experience, such as a degree in a related discipline with up to one year of experience, will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills are essential for managing account relationships and ensuring customer requirements are met.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to provide quality service will contribute to success in this role.
