- The Fleet Operations Support Specialist II will ensure compliance with vehicle registration entities and regulatory agencies.
- This role involves acting as a liaison to support driver compliance initiatives related to DOT and CDL requirements.
- Responsibilities include completing state forms for vehicle transactions and supporting title management for asset security.
- The position requires gathering fleet-related requirements and submissions to regulatory agencies such as DOT and IFTA.
- The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining and updating compliance details in the Cox asset database.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Alternatively, candidates with a degree or certification beyond a high school diploma and 1 year of experience will also be considered.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for effectively supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent vendor management abilities and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, particularly related to vehicle registration and transportation, is highly desirable.
