- The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for pipeline forecasting and management using tools like Clari and Salesforce - The role involves ensuring seamless integrations between Salesforce and other tools such as Salesloft, D&B, Marketo, CaptivateIQ, ZoomInfo, and HG Insights - Designing and building standardized dashboards and reports for sales and operations teams to support sales objectives - Developing automated processes to analyze new leads and streamline workflows within Salesforce - Leading change management initiatives related to Salesforce updates or system enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration and integration, with a strong background in pipeline forecasting and Salesforce customization - Familiarity with tech-stack integrations and SaaS environments, understanding metrics and workflows inherent to SaaS sales - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency - Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and leadership in change management - Experience in providing training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Salesforce tools and systems
