- The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve individual sales targets. - This role involves identifying and engaging with key stakeholders in potential accounts to understand their business needs and present innovative solutions. - The candidate will generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - Collaboration with internal teams, including product development and marketing, is crucial to ensure successful implementation of customer support automation software solutions. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics is essential to provide valuable insights and contribute to the product roadmap.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate has over 10 years of consultative solution-based SaaS sales experience, preferably with a focus on database sales. - A proven track record of success in sales within the software industry is essential for this role. - The candidate should have experience closing deals with US-based enterprise clients and be a sales hunter focused on new logo and expansion business. - Strong executive communication presence and excellent communication skills are necessary, particularly for engaging with senior-level stakeholders. - Familiarity with sales tools such as Sales Navigator, SFDC, Salesloft, and Clari is a plus.
