CloudTalk is building a best-in-class Channel Program—and we're looking for an experienced Channel Operations Lead to help build and scale a high-performing, partner-centric channel program.
You'll be the operational backbone for everything channel—owning, optimizing, and evolving how our indirect sales motion runs. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role where you'll work cross-functionally with Channel Managers, RevOps, Sales, and Marketing, but you'll be the "one-person show" for channel operations. You'll have full ownership of the systems, processes, and reporting that make our partner program run seamlessly and efficiently.

You're an operational powerhouse who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments. You've built or scaled channel operations and can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You're ready to be the solo architect and executor for channel operations—and you know how to bring people along, even when you're the only "ops" person at the table.
Channel/Partner Ops Experience – 3+ years in channel, partner, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS or tech Scale-Up Mindset – Experience building and scaling channel programs, owning processes, tooling, and program tracking Tooling Proficiency – Skilled in managing PRM, CRM, and sales/enablement tools (admin-level ownership, optimization, troubleshooting) Analytical Approach – Strong with data: defining key metrics, tracking/reporting, and generating actionable insights MDF & Program Management – Direct experience running MDF/co-marketing or similar partner incentive programs Enablement-First – Built and managed enablement programs, training resources, and partner communications Process Obsessed – Relentless about building, refining, and documenting repeatable workflows Self-Starter – High autonomy: comfortable making decisions, moving fast, and owning outcomes Strong Communicator – Clear, proactive, and concise with cross-functional teams and partners
