Cloudmore has hubs in Sweden and Northern Ireland, and the central engineering hub is located in Estonia. A considerable part of engineering is already working remotely, so you will be fully enabled to do your work from day one.
Currently we are looking to hire several middle and senior software engineers residing in the European Union to work remotely (we might consider advanced, motivated juniors as well).
We are using Employer of Record services, so you will be officially employed by a local entity. As a remote cloudmorian, you will get a computer and a budget for your work-from-home setup.
We are constantly working to ensure that our employees have interesting challenges, space to grow, and proper support. To be more specific, we have plenty of complicated green- and brownfield projects to work on. Even the most junior engineers can own specific areas and lead tiger teams. We have dedicated time for self-improvement, technical debt reduction, and other engineering initiatives that anyone is free to propose and take. You can always get help from your coworkers, lead architect, and quality and architecture guilds.
We have several teams, both busy maintaining and developing the existing platform as well as introducing brand-new services to replace legacy pathways or to introduce new functionality. Your team will support you with PR reviews, design discussions, workshops, and pair programming. At the same time, we expect you to study technologies and methodologies via courses curated and provided by the company and the business domain via exposure and documentation.
