As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of engineering and client impact, the person who turns the legal industry's most complex challenges into working software. You'll embed with our most demanding clients, move from prototype to production quickly, and feed what you learn back into our platform and roadmap.
This isn't a support role or a solutions role with some coding on the side. You'll design and build end-to-end, work directly with client technical teams, and ship code that real lawyers rely on. The best ideas you surface in the field will graduate into product features for all of Clio's users.
We offer a hybrid work environment and are looking for someone to join us in our hub location in Toronto. All hub-based Clions are expected to be in office minimum twice per week on one of our Anchor Days.
This role involves occasional travel to client sites to foster strong relationships and provide hands-on support.

The expected salary range* for this role is $144,700 to $170,300 to $195,900 CAD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
