We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing Account Executive, Customer Sales Team in Burnaby or Toronto.
This role is for a sales leader who thrives in a rapid-growth, high-velocity environment. You are a dedicated professional passionate about coaching a team to drive revenue growth from our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will be a strategic manager focused on developing deep client relationships and positioning their team to successfully identify expansion opportunities and cross-sell new products. Success in this role requires being highly organized, articulate, and sensitive to our customers' evolving needs.
Our Customer Sales Account Executive team is the engine that drives our expansion efforts to close. They provide sound advice, give product demonstrations, work with cross-functional teams, and offer solutions to complex problems using strong business acumen and resourcefulness. They do it quickly, efficiently, and flawlessly while continuing to revolutionize an entire industry.

The full salary range* for this role is $72,500 to $108,900 CAD and the full commission range is $72,500 to $108,900 CAD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped. We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
