The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
• 3 to 5 years' work experiences in Human Resources or organizational experience required.
• Native speaker of Japanese with excellent English language skills (TOEIC 850 or above)
• Confident in following a pre-determined set of processes and have good attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• Ability to handle confidential matters carefully and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to escalate /collaborate with team members.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an aptitude to understand new concepts quickly.
• Flexible working approach and be solution focused in delivering the role's responsibilities.
• Ability to be proactive in managing your work or the ability to develop skills to become proactive in your work.
• Good level of technical skills including a solid working understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
