Our Program Manager III leads the implementation and management of key research programs. This role develops systems, supports budgeting, mentors staff, and serves as a liaison across departments and partner institutions. This role will support the advancing of our clinical mission, either directly as part of the team providing personalized medical devices (3D Printed anatomy and guides) or indirectly by helping to train new AI algorithms that will in turn speed up delivery of clinical care in the future. The employee in this role will gain valuable experience that can better serve them in the future.

A caregiver in this position works days, 9:00am–5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • OR Master’s Degree and 4 years of experience.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Master’s Degree.
  • Healthcare settings.
  • Prior experience with 3D Printing or segmentation software (Mimics, 3D Slicer) is a bonus and would be extremely helpful.
  • Training and knowledge of human anatomy.
  • Proficient in using a Windows based computer.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
  • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
  • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
