As a Patient Service Specialist, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Clerical Team, ensuring seamless patient access across all departments. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing calls with patients, supporting providers by scheduling testing, procedures, and imaging, and helping to create a smooth, positive experience for patients and their families.
A caregiver in this role works days/evening/night/weekend shifts from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to begin at 7:30 a.m. or 8:30 a.m. and to end at 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.
This position requires rotation to Palm Beach Gardens and or Wellington if needed.
