In this role, you will demonstrate outstanding customer service skills while using evolving technology to manage a wide range of patient needs, including appointment scheduling, registration, wayfinding, answering general questions, and addressing concerns. You will represent Cleveland Clinic in a professional, caring, and helpful manner while ensuring efficient patient experience, reducing financial loss, and maintaining compliance. This role also serves as a strong steppingstone to career growth within customer service and other departments across the organization.
