As a Patient Service Specialist in Radiology, you will help facilitate a positive experience for patients and their families. Using your customer service skills, you can assist in ensuring the unit runs smoothly and patients feel informed and at ease. This role could cover any of the following areas: Admitting, Emergency Department, Wound Care, Radiology, Laboratory, or Breast Health, with cross-training provided to ensure competency across these areas. This role is a great steppingstone to other careers within customer service and other departments with Cleveland Clinic.
This is a regular PRN position, with caregivers working shifts varying between 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. with weekend requirements.
