Green Health and Wellness Center is looking to add an Operations Attendant to the team. The Operations Attendant is responsible for the member entry process. You will be responsible for providing the highest quality services, exhibiting excellent customer service skills, and greeting all members and guests. A caregiver in this position works PRN (as needed) from 5:30AM – 2:00PM or 2:00PM – 10:00PM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Greet by name and clear all members for club entry.
  • Maintain current information on all club programs, services, and activities and promotes regularly.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, takes accurate messages, and distributes appropriately.
  • Register members and guests for appropriate programs according to established procedures.
  • Carry out all point-of-sale transactions according to established procedures.
  • Register all guests and make sure all paperwork is completed in full.
  • Wash, dry, distribute, and collect soiled towels as needed into the Lifestyles locker rooms.
  • Keep supply of paper and soap products stocked for member and guest use.
  • Complete any daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments within their designated area.
  • Keep an accurate inventory of supplies and notify supervisor when additional supplies are needed.
  • Clean and inspect equipment (e.g., washers and dryers).
  • Report any necessary facility or equipment repairs to the supervisor and/or maintenance department.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Ability to multitask and work rapidly to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work variable hours.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • High School graduate or GED.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Customer service, housekeeping service, or health club experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
