This position is a part of the Specialty Pharmacy Team, which specializes in supporting patients with complex disease states and high-cost medications. This proactive team ensures patients receive personalized care by managing prior authorizations, patient assistance programs, and comprehensive medication education. Medications are only delivered after direct patient contact to confirm understanding and access. In this leadership role, you will drive key initiatives in patient care, medication safety, access, education, research, and regulatory compliance—while also guiding clinical workflows, supporting professional growth, and ensuring adherence to REMS programs and accreditation standards.
Caregivers in this role will work Monday through Friday, for one of two 8-hour shifts between 7:00am to 6:00pm. There are various shifts and caregivers will rotate open and closing times. No weekend, no holidays and no on-call requirements.
