In this role, you will provide expert sales support for our client's premium home appliance warranty program, helping homeowners protect their investments and avoid unexpected repair costs. You will work with existing customers and new homeowners to ensure they get the coverage they need, while also renewing policies and maintaining strong customer relationships. We need individuals with 1 to 2 years' experience who love helping customers, can build connections, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to discuss policy renewals and new coverage options. Assist homeowners with policy transitions, renewals, and new account setups. Clearly explain home warranty benefits, terms, and limitations, helping customers make informed decisions. Follow up on expired policies and missed payments, finding solutions to keep customers covered. Build emotional connections with customers by listening, engaging, and personalizing solutions. Strive for one-call resolution to provide a seamless and stress-free customer experience. Track your sales performance and meet or exceed targets set by management. Attend meetings, stay up to date with product updates, and follow company policies on schedules and breaks.
At least high school or equivalent. At least 1+ year sales experience in a call center setting. Strong English communication skills. Must be willing to work onsite.
