Prosthodontist Support Specialist reports directly to the Chief Clinical Affairs & Development Officer and work collaboratively with the company's management team. The Prosthodontist Support Specialist provides hands-on and remote support and mentorship for doctors in the ClearChoice network, including those joining existing ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers and new centers. This person will provide on-boarding support and training on best practices, clinical innovations, and proven network standards, technologies, and materials. The Prosthodontist Support Specialist identifies areas of opportunity and process improvements as a means of better supporting the national network of dental implant centers. To support the launch of new Centers, the Prosthodontist Support Specialist observes and mentors new prosthodontists in their center, which may include training prior to a center opening, "Go-Live Week", and ongoing support during the prosthodontist's early tenure. The Prosthodontist Support Specialist provides both in-person support and on-going virtual support as needed.
Base Pay Range: $131,000-177,000 annually, plus discretionary performance-based bonus (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.)
