We are seeking Cleaning Support Techs to oversee daily operations in assigned areas.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Some weekends required

What You'll Do

• Oversee cleaning quality and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage labor and supply costs effectively
• Provide training and recognize high-performing team members
• Deliver products and keep accounts properly stocked
• Communicate with upper management to resolve issues and improve service
• Organize and manage nightly schedules and priorities

What We're Looking For

• Strong decision-making and leadership skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts
• Time management skills to plan nightly and weekly agendas
• 1+ year of supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
