Responsibilities

Maintain efficient service delivery by completing transactional requests and inquiries within defined SLAs, based on priority and complexity.

Respond to and resolve queries in a timely and accurate manner, prioritizing employee experience.

Ensure employee HR records are accurately created and/or maintained in HR Systems (Oracle ETC.).

Take complete ownership of data administration requests, including follow-up for missing information and/or approval requirements.

Adhere to defined Desktop Procedures/KB articles for all transactions and queries.

Ensure the Maker-Checker process is followed and data monitoring is performed to maintain high-quality data across all HR tools.

In a data-sensitive environment, protect data privacy and adhere to confidentiality requirements to ensure zero breach of compliance policies.
