Responsibilities

Process, maintain & administer HR transactions & provide support.

Administer and maintain HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Works with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments to meet contractual thresholds.

Developing, documenting and maintaining all current and new HRIS business processes for efficiency and compliance.

Offers exceptional service and the ability to work professionally and proactively.

Secure employee's information ensuring confidentiality.

Identify opportunities for automation in HR process.

Customize and configure HRIS software to meet organizational needs and requirements.

Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues related to HR systems.

Generate and analyse reports to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with HR & IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements and integrations.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology to recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations a security protocol in HRIS operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 12-18 months of work experience.

Basic experience with MS Office suite (including word, Power Point, excel)

Basic knowledge of US labour legislation

Effective verbal and written communication skills to build effective relationships with Tier2 & Functional leaders.

Proven time management, analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Flair to connect with people across departments/functions.

Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented

Attention to details.

Academic Background: Any Graduate
