Essential Functions:

• Communicate with lenders and update records in internal systems.
• Perform annual notary audits to ensure compliance.
• Create and format reports using data queries and Excel.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint resources and process guides.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Enter and maintain accurate operational data.
