Clayco is seeking a Senior Manager of Infrastructure Services to lead and oversee our IT infrastructure operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and scalability of Clayco's systems and services. You will play a key role in shaping the company's infrastructure strategy, managing a talented team, and collaborating across departments to support Clayco's continued growth.

The specifics of the role include:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms, and data centers.
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance to meet operational requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and maintain a secure environment.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for adoption.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing infrastructure team.
• Establish metrics, monitoring, and reporting to continuously improve infrastructure operations.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), virtualization, storage, and data center operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
