As a Solutions Architect focused on ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB), you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient architectures that drive operational excellence and digital transformation.

You’ll be joining a globally distributed ServiceNow team with colleagues located across multiple office locations. The team is composed of a Product Owner, Solution Analysts, a Technical Architect, and engineers who specialize in key areas including Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Service Management (ITSM), and the Service Catalog. Together, we drive innovation and deliver scalable solutions that support enterprise-wide service delivery and operational excellence.
The position follows standard business hours, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with additional hours as needed to support project deliverables, deadlines, and critical business needs.
