6+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Monitoring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Strong expertise in L1/L2 production support for enterprise applications
Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools and alert optimization
Solid understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL)
Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems with basic Python/Bash scripting
Proven track record in handling critical incidents, improving monitoring, and driving automation
Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in production environments
Have experience in customer-facing or stakeholder communication roles
Are proactive in identifying gaps and driving continuous improvements
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Have experience creating runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge documentation
Are comfortable working in 24x7 shift-based environments
Show interest in cloud technologies and DevOps practices
Provide advanced L1/L2 support and ensure system stability and availability
Monitor applications/infrastructure and proactively respond to alerts
Manage incidents, perform troubleshooting, and drive RCA activities
Execute production changes including patching and maintenance
Develop automation scripts using Python/Bash to improve efficiency
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams on deployments and improvements
Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge sharing across teams
