We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our LS&H R&D content team in Bangalore. This is an amazing opportunity to work on automating our processes. The position will be reporting to Yann Perrin. We are planning to fully automate our content processes and change our software development practices to include generative AI tools. You need to have a strong back end expertise either Java or Python
A clear understanding of micro-services and event driven architecture
Some experience with a workflow engine
Already using Github Copilot
Some ideas about Angular architecture and latest practices
Some experience creating prompts for LLMs
Some experience with A&G AI platform
You will be customizing n8n
You will be coordinating across the teams and providing consistency for the development we need to implement across all teams
Developing services for the FDM architecture
Help establish good practices for working with GitHub Copilot and helping the rest of the company to use those new tools efficiently
We will be first automating the content process for commercial items and deals, then move on to the other masters
The existing team is spread across India with strong technical and analytical skills. We have a great skill set in Java, Spring boot, Angular, Node.js, Machine Learning, AWS services to name a few of the Tools and technologies. You would be part of large Tech Group responsible for delivering world class products and innovative solutions in the field of Lifesciences & Healthcare.
This is for a full time employee with regular hours but we are hoping you can accommodate working later in India to be able to have more time in common with the US.
