Operational Manager

Administration of the operational staff under your charge, facilitating them with the necessary resources to achieve the indicators of your team and the plant.

Education:

Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer or related field

Advanced English

Specific knowledge:

Operational administration, knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Office skills, CAPS System (8D).

Responsibilities:

Lead the team in achieving the goals and indicators of the plant

Staff administration

Resource administration

Review of staff payroll

Follow-up on the implementation of innovation ideas in the system

Care for the work environment

Attendance at EAD meetings for staff under your charge

Scheduling and authorization of staff vacations

Follow-up on action plans

Conduct LPA audit

Follow-up on production program

Turnover handover and reception

Conduct planned inspection

Conduct detonation meeting with staff under your charge

Operational administration

Conduct Safetrack observation

Lead your HPTs towards maturity, ensuring that all employees belong to an HPT, following up on the Scorecard of your teams, supporting the effectiveness of your HPT meetings and problem-solving analysis, as well as action plans for eliminating obstacles.

Respect and ensure compliance with all applicable safety and health management procedures in your work area.

Report and, if necessary, stop at the moment when activities that may endanger the safety of people and the establishment, and/or the health of employees are detected.

Update the Safety Scorecard of supervisors monthly respecting the established procedure.

Participate when required in the investigation of occupational health and safety incidents.

Know and ensure compliance with the Quality System according to IATF 16949 standard

Know the ISO14001 system based on the responsibilities of your position, know how to act in case of an environmental emergency, and have the right to stop any activity that impacts the environment of the organization.
